Scott County Warrant Records Scott County Warrant Records

Scott County Warrant Records is a private reference site and cannot answer for a court or law-enforcement office. For an official warrant question, contact the clerk or city that holds the case. Use the Public Records Coordinator for an existing county record request. Check every address and phone before a visit because the county’s published contacts do not always match.

Private reference site. This is not a court, police department, or government office. It cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant, take a bond payment, arrange a surrender, or provide legal advice. Only the issuing court can confirm its current order.

Scott County Official Contact Routes

Choose the office that keeps the record, and describe the court matter rather than asking for a new countywide search:

  • County court docket: Scott County Circuit Court Clerk Donnie Phillips, (423) 663-2440, for Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions records.
  • Law-enforcement routing: Scott County Sheriff’s Department, (423) 663-3111. The page does not publish a dedicated warrant number.
  • Existing public record: Public Records Coordinator Ruth Harness, (423) 663-2000, or ruth.harness@scottcounty.com.
  • Oneida citation or city matter: Oneida Municipal Court directs questions to Oneida Police at (423) 569-4255; the AOC directory lists a separate clerk contact that should be verified.

The county court pages use 535 Scott Highway or 535 Scott High Drive for the Justice Center, while other county references show 575 Scott High Drive. Call the Circuit Court Clerk before traveling. No public warrant counter, bond window, or surrender hours were verified. Huntsville’s current city warrant contact was not located, and Winfield’s town and police numbers differ by source.
